The Aviator Mask - What you Should Know
  • Masks are sold as an alternative to wearing fabric face masks.

  • The Aviator IS NOT an N95, Respirator or Surgical Mask.

  • As with fabric face masks, they are not proven to eliminate the 

        transmission of viruses, but according to the World Health Organisation,

        do assist in preventing transmission.

  • On receipt of order the masks will be dispatched within a reasonable time

        subject to stock and pressure of orders in hand.

  • Orders are prepared on a sequential basis based on date order received.

  • Please read and follow instructions.

  • Wearing a mask is only one part of protection. Please also

        observe all hygiene practice’s including social distancing

        and hand washing.

  • Due to the nature of the product exchanges are not permitted.

  • In the event you received a faulty or broken mask you must

       Contact us immediately on 082 557 1154 0r 021 531 5919 .

  • Do not wear the mask if it is broken or faulty.

  • Do not wear the mask without filters.

  • We will only replace faulty or broken masks if notified within

        24 hours of receipt.

  • Mask & Filters must be kept clean. 

  • Filters must be replaced after 5 washes.

  • Filters are available from Fancy That Costumes (Pty) Ltd.

  • If making your own filters only use recommended fabrics.

  • Recommended fabrics can be identified using Google.

  • Use existing filter as a template.

  • If using a sanitiser or disinfectant to clean inside of mask

        allow time for smell / fumes to dissipate before use.

  • The mask should be washed in hot soapy water daily. 

  • Under NO CIRCUMSTANCES should the mask or filters be shared.

  • The Purchaser hereby waives all claims against Fancy That Costumes (Pty) Ltd, its staff or agents arising directly or indirectly out of faulty, incompetent or defective manufacture, assembly, usage provided that such claims do not arise from the gross negligence or willful misconduct of the Company. The Purchaser further indemnifies the Company against all claims made by any third-party acquiring goods from the Purchaser.
